Since you’ve been weight training, what if any changes have you noticed? My back which hurt regularly doesn’t bother me any more. I had surgery in 1999 and was sore after any sports activity.
Why do you enjoy boxing, cardio, weights? It gets the cardio over FAST without boring jogging. Its fun and the music really makes or breaks it. The weights just give me a very visual result.
Why do you work out? Because I feel good and in shape.
If you see a personal trainer or take cardio classes what suggestions do you have to make your workout experience better? I’m pretty content with my workout.
What are your favorite parts of weight training or taking classes with Brittania? I enjoy the high energy boxing, the music and the company.

When working out with weights or cardio what do you feel you benefit the most from? They both help in different ways. After doing only cardio I hit a plateau and after adding weights the changes became more drastic.
The least? Don’t see a downside.
What do you like about the gym you work out at? It’s small and personal. I like the staff and cleanliness.
What would you like changed or improved at the gym you work out at? More room for boxing, bikes for changing it up. (Note: Since this was written we added new spinning bikes)
