Since you’ve been weight training, what if any changes have you noticed? I show more definition. My muscles pop out that I didn't even know I had.
Why do you enjoy boxing, cardio, weights? It releases stress for me and I like the result.
Why do you work out? To stay healthy and in shape.
If you see a personal trainer or take cardio classes what suggestions do you have to make your workout experience better? I love my work out with my trainer. I would not change a thing unless she says so.
What are your favorite parts of weight training or taking classes with Brittania? She always, always changes things up, it’s never ever boring. I love the weight training. Especially the legs.
What are the parts you dislike the most? Some exercises I hate more then others, like step ups.
What do you like about gym Rock Hard Bodies? It’s clean and not so crowded.
What would you like changed or improved at the gym you work out at? nothing
