    Description of Classes

    Boxing

    Lose weight with Brittania. Take the 3 month challenge of taking 4 classes a week and watch the weight melt off of you. See the definition in your arms and your abs pop out.  Feel the sweat drench your clothes as you participate in the most addicting workout spreading throughout the West side of San Fernando Valley.  If you like a fast tempo non stop boxing workout, then you have come to the right place.

    • No more stop and go boxing where your heart rate falls about as fast as it was raised.

    • No more hip injuries with high speed out of control kicking.

    • Learn how to use your lower body to provide more power for non-stop boxing.

    • You will work every muscle group with this awesome workout.

    You don't stop (moving, sweating, burning fat) in this class.

    All ages and all Levels can participate. It never gets easier because you continuously learn how to become a better boxer and are able to stay on your toes longer, hit harder and push longer.  Come try it out. Wraps and gloves are available for new comers.
